MEETING WITH BROKER

You will meet with one of our brokers to tour the business you are selling.  Once  the asking price is determined and all particulars are worked out, a meeting with  ONLY QUALIFIED BUYERS  will be scheduled.  This is your opportunity to show your business and meet personally with  prospective buyers.

CONFIDENTIAL STATEMENT

This form is signed by all buyers at their first meeting with one of our brokers.  It is an agreement they must sign prior to the disclosure of information about your business.  It is their promise to keep confidential all information provided  about your business.

FINALIZING THE FINANCIAL RECORDS

Buyer will meet with you to discuss and examine the financial records of your business.

MAKING THE OFFER

An offer to purchase the business is the next step.  The buyer will be required to pay Earnest Money to demonstrate their good faith to purchase your business.   Once all particulars of the sale are set forth, our broker will present the offer to you.  These could include your offer to assist with financial support, lease agreements, and/or detailed equipment lists. 

THE ACCEPTANCE

Once all the terms and conditions have been agreed upon between you and the buyer, a Purchase and Sale agreement goes into affect.

CLOSING PROCESS BEGINS

After all of the above steps have taken place and all specifications of the sale have been met, the Closing Process begins.

FEE BASIS & POLICIES

Our fees are earned on a success basis.  This is to say, if we are successful in selling your business, you pay our fees at closing.  NO FRONT FEES WHATSOEVER.
